Refund Policy

SHIPPING COSTS: Postage to Australian addresses is free for all orders over $120. If your order is under $120, postage is a flat rate of $12.95. Express shipping is a flat rate of $15.95. International shipping is not currently available.

LOCAL PICK-UP: We offer a free local pick-up option at our clinic in Graceville, Brisbane. Pick up address will be provided after placing your order. Please send an email to sales@thekanclinic.com.au to arrange a pickup date and time.

REFUNDS: We currently do not offer refunds if you change your mind so please choose products carefully. If you have ordered the incorrect product, it can be swapped if it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact sales@thekankclinic.com.au We provide a free replacement of any items that have been damaged. Please email sales@thekanclinic.com.au with proof of purchase and evidence of damaged goods so we can replace the product for you.
